67bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 67bd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 67bd website at 67bd.vin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

67bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 67bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 67bd strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. 67bd may request documentary evidence of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as players.

• You must not already hold an active or suspended 67bd account. Only one account per person is permitted. Registration of duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension of all accounts held by that individual.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily excluded yourself from 67bd or any affiliated gaming platform at the time of registration.

67bd reserves the right to refuse any registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a player does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out above. 3. Account Management and Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 67bd are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Deposits are accepted via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 67bd does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must have passed KYC verification, your account balance must reflect cleared (non-bonus) funds only, and all applicable wagering requirements must have been satisfied in full.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 67bd aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours.
• 67bd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where the player's account verification is incomplete. 67bd does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the same name as the 67bd account. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be returned and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

67bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. 67bd reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus. Players who have self-excluded, players with accounts under review, and players who have previously abused bonus terms are not eligible to receive promotional credits.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and any game contribution percentages will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to launder money or use 67bd as a vehicle for any transaction connected to criminal activity, including but not limited to the proceeds of illegal gambling, fraud, or drug trafficking.
• Accessing or attempting to access 67bd in violation of any court order, regulatory restriction, or self-exclusion agreement, or assisting any third party in doing so.

67bd employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally where required. Players whose accounts are suspended for prohibited conduct will not be entitled to recover any funds held in their account at the time of suspension.

8. Responsible Gaming

67bd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every player account:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

67bd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to 67bd may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond the platform's control, including but not limited to third-party network failures, payment processor outages, or force majeure events. 67bd shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

10. Amendments to These Terms

67bd reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made that adversely affects players' rights, 67bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the platform homepage or sending a notification to the player's registered mobile number. Where changes are minor, administrative, or required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance, they may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice. Your continued use of 67bd following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 67bd and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of 67bd, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through 67bd's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as may be agreed in writing between the parties. Nothing in this clause prevents 67bd from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
